The month of June features an intro into the total body bootcamp program. Workouts will consist of total body bootcamps complete with a few challenge exercise programs. Ship Shape Bootcamp is founded on a total body approach to fitness. Bootcamp will touch on all aspects from balance & stability, strength, & cardiovascular training. The goal is to have you feeling strong, confident, & ready to attack the day. Let's Go!

  • Total Body Bootcamp #1

    Total Body Bootcamp #1 incorporates body-weight exercises targeting everything from your legs to your core. Equipment: Fitness Mat, Bench/Chair (if available)

  • Total Body Bootcamp #2

    This total body bootcamp workout incorporates body-weight exercises in circuits. Equipment needs: Fitness Mat.

  • Total Body Bootcamp #3

    In this total body bootcamp workout, I have added the usage of dumbbells to the mix. With a concentration of some upper body work, paired with legs, core, & cardio exercises, you will be drenched.

  • Total Body Bootcamp #4

    This total body bootcamp workout utilizes dumbbells/light weights, a bench/chair for one circuit, as well as your fitness mat. Expect to feel the burn of your legs and core, while we even things out with plenty of upper body exercise. Lets go!

  • Total Body Bootcamp #5

    Equipment: Dumbells/Weights, Medicine Ball (Weighted Object), Dip Bars or Bench/Chair

  • Total Body Bootcamp #6

    Total Body Bootcamp #6 Takes You To The Beach & Back... Lots of Ab Circuits and incorporating:
    Equipment (optional): Bosu, Resistance Bands, Dumbells/Weights, Bench/Dip Bars), Sandbag (optional)
