    With a bit of focus on balance with the implantation of the Bosu (optional) as well as core focused dumbbell exercises, you will be challenged from all angles. Multi-joint exercises will keep you burning calories and building lean muscle long after you finish this one hour program.

  • Total Body Workout #12

    A Perfect Combination of Bodyweight Exercise & Using Natural Elements to Enhance Your Workload... In this total-body program, we use dumbbells or kettlebells, resistance bands, Dip Bars or Bench, & a classic medicine ball/weighted object. Get ready to give it your best!
